Does Your Home Have a Disney Twist on Its Decor?

When it comes to my Disney souvenirs, I love things that are practical and can be used at home. Apparel that is subtle enough to wear on a regular basis is always a must; however, I also love collecting small Disney accents to add to my home. Disney-themed homewares are my favorite, allowing me to bring a little piece of that Mickey-shaped magic into my daily tasks. The annual HOME Collection is always a huge draw for me; it’s filled with useful, practical items that still celebrate my Mickey love.

Ever since I laid eyes on the new suites at the Disneyland Paris hotel, I’ve had Disney decorating on my mind, and when this next video from Disney UK popped up on my YouTube feed, I knew I had to share it. Take a look at some of the tips offered by the pros on adding a Disney twist to your decor.

If you are wondering what inspired me with the Suites at the Disneyland Hotel Paris, you simply must see the elegant touches added to this Elsa (from Frozen) -inspired suite. Even without huge, obvious Elsa decorations, the soft textures and cool colors give this room a Frozen touch. You could easily recreate the stained glass window look seen here with a stick-on window treatment to add a royal touch to your child’s bedroom. Low-key blues and icy-cold silver tones give you all the Elsa vibes in a flawlessly classic setting.
