One of the best places to experience spring is at the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. Beginning March 1 and continuing through July 5, this stunning festival features alluring gardens, whimsical topiaries, lively entertainment, beautiful merchandise and delightfully fresh cuisine.
For the first time, topiaries of Mirabel, Antonio, Isabela and Luisa from Disney’s Encanto will make a grand appearance at the festival. Located near the EPCOT main entrance, these new topiaries are sure to be a must-do photo moment to mark your visit. (But remember: We don’t talk about Bruno.) A new Princess Tiana topiary will grace The American Adventure pavilion as well!
With more than 15 Outdoor Kitchens located throughout the park, guests can enjoy the freshest flavors as spring gives way to summer, including more than 50 new food and drink items.
LEARN MOREGet ready to sip and savor at more than 25 Global Marketplaces throughout EPCOT, including returning favorites such as The Fry Basket, Flavors from Fire, Canada, India and Spain. Several new Global Marketplaces will open later during the festival as summer turns to fall.
The fun doesn’t stop with the food, however. It extends to exciting activities for the whole family to enjoy. Fans of fromage can take part in Emile’s Fromage Montage, a fun way to try tasty cheese dishes from around the world. Families can embark on Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak – a “Ratatouille”-inspired adventure that’s très magnifique!
The festival will also welcome back the popular Eat to the Beat Concert Series presented by Florida Blue Medicare at America Gardens Theatre. Stay tuned for more details about this year’s lineup!

Although not as long as the previously offered Extra Magic Hours, Early Theme Park Entry and Extended Evening Hours are offered to select guests of Disney Resort hotels and some Good Neighbor hotels near Walt Disney World. These extra hours can be a very valuable use of your time if you're willing to give up some sleep on either end of your theme park day(s). We've found that the early morning option can offer lower crowds than in evening as folks don't tend to enjoy waking up super early on vacation.
