The Perfect Disney Brunch Is Only Available For A Limited Time

If you’re rope-dropping a Disney Park, there’s usually a point in the late morning when you’ve accomplished a few attractions, the crowds are starting to pick up, and you need a pick-me-up. This is the perfect time for a shareable snack and something to keep you fueled until lunchtime. We found a great option for this at the Aunt Cass Cafe in San Fransokyo Square at Disney California Adventure (DCA)! The catch is… you only have two weekends left to enjoy it…

There are two special menu items at Aunt Cass for the Disney California Food & Wine Festival happening now through April 27th. While there are SO many great Food & Wine Festival offerings, this combination of items hits the spot for a perfectly savory and sweet, shareable snack or brunch. What we love about this offering is the diversity of flavors and the ability to get brunch-worthy entrees via Mobile Order at a quick-service restaurant.

Burrata Toast – toasted Boudin sourdough, onion jam, lemon burrata, marinated cherry tomatoes, arugula, and balsamic glaze – $8.49

The Burrata Toast is perfect for one person or great to share if cutting the sweetness of the Banana Caramel Bread Pudding. The Boudin sourdough bread is baked fresh right next door and is a legendary DCA snack. The sweetness of the onion jam pairs nicely with the balsamic tomatoes and creamy burrata. I enjoyed this combo so much that I immediately bought sourdough bread and burrata as soon as I got home.

Banana Caramel Bread Pudding – banana pudding, caramelized butter sauce, and whipped topping – $8.49

The Banana Caramel Bread Pudding is every banana pudding lovers dream. While we were expecting more banana, it definitely tasted like a more filling version of your favorite banana pudding. The whipped topping is abundant and cuts the dense bread pudding and the caramel is the perfect sweet addition. Even if you have a sweet tooth, you’re going to want to grab at least two forks to share this one!

We love the idea of an impromptu theme park brunch and these seasonal menu items are the perfect combo! Seating at Aunt Cass can get busy so be sure to check over by Ghirardelli and Cars Land for a shady spot with a view. For $16.98 total, you can’t beat this Disney brunch!
