There’s a new spot to grab a drink and a snack coming to Disney California Adventure at the Disneyland Resort, and Disney just gave us our first look at what’s on the menu! Bountiful Valley Brews is scheduled to open this November, bringing a selection of cocktails, craft beers, and a tasty-looking snack to the park.
Disney Eats shared photos of the new offerings on Instagram, along with concept art showing a rustic outdoor stand with picnic tables and a relaxed, countryside feel. It looks like a nice place to take a break and enjoy something refreshing during a busy park day.
What’s on the Menu at Bountiful Valley Brews?
Let’s start with the food because that Pepperoni Pizza Egg Roll looks pretty fantastic! It’s served with pesto dipping sauce, and the photo Disney shared shows plenty of melted cheese and pepperoni tucked inside a crispy wrapper. I have a feeling this one will become a popular snack like the egg rolls at Magic Kingdom in Adventureland! In fact, many guests in the comments section of the post are already asking about the famous cheeseburger egg rolls.

As for the drinks, there’s quite a bit to choose from:
Pomegranate-Blueberry Refresher: A non-alcoholic drink made with pomegranate and lime juices, topped with blueberry foam and berries.

Vodka Pomegranate-Blueberry Martini: Vodka mixed with pomegranate and lime juices, finished with blueberry foam.

Strawberry-Mango Margarita: Tequila with strawberry, mango, orange, and lime juices, served with a chile-lime rim.

Southern Whiskey Peach Tea: Whiskey mixed with peach black tea and garnished with a peach gummy ring.

Bountiful Valley Cocktail Flight: A chance to sample the Vodka Pomegranate-Blueberry Martini, Strawberry-Mango Margarita, and Southern Whiskey Peach Tea.

The menu will also feature select craft beers and micheladas.
Opening This November
Disney hasn’t announced an exact opening date or pricing for Bountiful Valley Brews just yet, but we know it’s coming sometime in November 2026.
I’m especially curious about that cocktail flight! It’s a fun option for guests who want to try a few different flavors without committing to a full-sized drink of each. And that pizza egg roll? I think I’d have to order one of those, too.
We’ll keep an eye out for an official opening date and additional menu details as November gets closer!
