The celebration of the new live-action The Lion King continues at Disney’s Animal Kingdom with two new offerings announced today.
A new Dooney & Bourke collection inspired by The Lion King will hit the shelves at Mombasa Marketplace and Discovery Trading Company on July 19th, and will be available while supplies last. The collection includes a satchel, a crossbody, and a tote, and each piece features Simba, Nala, Timon and Pumbaa on a green patterned background.
We’ve also been given our first look at a new experience for the whole family: The Lion King Scavenger Hunt. Beginning July 19th, guests can stop by the Outpost, Discovery Trading Company, Island Mercantile, or Mombasa Marketplace to pick up a hunt map and stickers. Carvings will be hidden throughout Harambe Village in Africa for guests to find, and maps can be returned until September 28th, 2019 to Mombasa Marketplace in Harambe or The Outpost Shop in the Oasis for a surprise. Maps, stickers, and surprises will be available while supplies last.
