Behind-the-Scenes of ‘The Goldbergs’ Vacation to Disneyland

On this week’s special episode of The Goldbergs, the family pays tribute to the classic 1980s film National Lampoon’s Vacation. The family travels across country to visit Disneyland before Erica and Barry go off to college, but things don’t go as planned.

The cast got to experience several attractions, meet characters, and even pay a visit to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Actress Wendi McLendon-Covey (“Beverly Goldberg”) said of the experience:

“You just want to hug a stranger, because everyone is happy when they come here.”

The “Vacation” episode, featuring cameos from Vacation cast members Anthony Michael Hall and Christie Brinkley, airs Wednesday, September 25th on ABC. Here’s a look behind-the-scenes:
