Chef Rick Bayless has announced a new restaurant venture at Disney Springs. Bayless is a six-time James Beard Foundation award winner, won Bravo’s Top Chef Masters and has hosted Mexico – One Plate at a Time on National Public Television for ten seasons.
Chef Bayless focuses on Mexican cuisine and operates several popular Chicago restaurants – Frontera Grill, Topolobampo, Xoco and Frontera Fresco. Frontera Fresco will be coming to Disney Springs; this restaurant features “hand-crafted tortas, tacos, salads, fresh-made guacamole and classic Mexican braised meat entrees.”
Bayless said, “I’m thrilled to bring Frontera Fresco to Disney Springs and share my passion for Mexican cuisine with the families who visit Orlando every year.”
