The release of Avengers Doomsday is getting closer with its theatrical release on December 18, 2026. There’s so much of the story that has fans wondering which Marvel heroes will make cameos as the Avengers, Fantastic Four, and X-Men team up to take on Doctor Doom. Is it possible we’ll also see the Avengers in a whole new way?
Adding fuel to the fire, Hugh Jackman (Wolverine) and Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool) joined the D23 Entertainment Showcase via video to tease their involvement in Avengers Doomsday. Hugh Jackman addresses the D23 crowd and Kevin Feige with Deadpool off-screen prompting Jackman to ask if Dead Pool and Wolverine can join the Doomsday cast. While the video didn’t confirm the return of Deadpool and Wolverine, it definitely sent fans into a frenzy… and was pretty hilarious.
Chris Evans (Captain America), Hayley Attwell (Agent Carter), and Dr. Doom himself, Robert Downey Jr. took to the stage to play a special look for Avengers Doomsday which you can also now watch on Marvel Studio’s YouTube.
