Star Wars fans got their first look at Ahsoka Season 2 during D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event 2026, where Rosario Dawson and Hayden Christensen joined the presentation for the debut of a new teaser trailer. The footage shows Ahsoka reunited with the Force ghost of Anakin Skywalker.
The teaser also makes it clear that Grand Admiral Thrawn is back, setting up another confrontation between Ahsoka and the formidable Imperial strategist. However, the conflict appears to be about more than simply stopping Thrawn. Anakin seems to send Ahsoka on a search for a mysterious power connected to the late Baylan Skoll (played by Ray Stevenson who passed away in 2023.) Skoll believed he had discovered something capable of ending wars.
Ahsoka Season 2 will premiere on Disney+ January 20, 2027.
