If you’re headed to this year’s D23 Expo, you’ll want to be sure to activate your badge before you arrive at the event.
D23 announced today that all event attendee badges will make use of RFID technology, and badge technology will allow those at the Expo to collect photos during the event, to check in and check out of the Expo, and to allow gold members to receive their special gifts. Attendees’ badges will also allow them to make online reservations in advance for Expo presentations and panels, Talent Central, and shopping.
D23 Expo badges began shipping on August 5th, and the reservation window for Expo events will open on August 16th.
