Now that the acquisition of Fox is complete, The Walt Disney Studios has updated their film release schedule for the next few years adding Fox releases, including the Avatar sequels, which have been bumped to December 2021, 2023, 2025, and 2027.
In addition, several untitled Star Wars and Marvel films are on the distant schedule. Star Wars appears to alternate December releases with Avatar, taking December 2022, 2024, and 2026.
Cathleen Taff, president for Theatrical Distribution, Franchise Management, and Business & Audience Insights, said of the release:

With a strong summer already in place, we are eager to carry that momentum forward over the coming years thanks to a creative wellspring of bold and imaginative stories coming from our world-class studios–including several new chapters of two revered franchises, Avatar and Star Wars.”
