Disney Vacation Club Members have reason to celebrate as Disney has announced the return of its popular Moonlight Magic events for another year. These complimentary, after-hours experiences allow eligible members and their guests to enjoy select Walt Disney World theme parks and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park with an extra dose of Disney magic, and the best part – lower crowds.
Moonlight Magic evenings are designed exclusively for Disney Vacation Club Members, offering a unique way to enjoy the parks. Members attending can look forward to shorter-than-usual wait times for popular attractions, special character greetings, unique entertainment, and complimentary snacks and treats throughout the night. The atmosphere feels extra special, giving members a chance to enjoy Disney in a more relaxed setting while connecting with fellow members.
The big news for 2025 is that Disney Vacation Club is extending Moonlight Magic with additional dates at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park. New events have been scheduled for October 29, November 18, and December 15, 2025, giving members more opportunities to experience the park after dark. These evenings will let attendees enjoy Animal Kingdom’s stunning nighttime offerings – including Pandora – The World of Avatar – with lighter crowds, plus entertainment and character moments tailored for the occasion.
Moonlight Magic has become one of the most anticipated benefits of Disney Vacation Club Membership, and its extension into late 2025 ensures that more members can take part. These events are free but require advance registration, and they tend to fill up quickly due to their popularity.
