The folks over at Disney Vacation Club have just shared a look at some of the Disney-inspired artwork guests can look forward to seeing inside of the villas of the upcoming Riviera Resort that’s set to open in the fall.
We know that the Resort is inspired by Walt and Lillian Disney’s travels throughout the European Riviera and as you’ll see in the images below, scenes from beloved Disney films that have taken place or been released in Europe are featured throughout the artwork.
There will be more than 40 signature art pieces created just for Disney’s Riviera Resort featuring unique Disney character art inspired by the renowned artistic heritage found along the shores of the European Riviera. You’ll get to see so many of your favorite Disney characters reflected in the newly created master artistry, including Mickey and Minnie, and characters from Beauty and the Beast, Disney’s Peter Pan, The Aristocats, Disney●Pixar film Ratatouille, The Princess and the Frog, Moana, Tangled, 101 Dalmatians, and more.
Guests might get a kick out of some of the names of these new pieces as well. ‘Interior with Cats’ features The Aristocats with Marie, Berlioz, and Toulouse. Lumiere, Mrs. Potts, Chip, and Cogsworth are the highlights of ‘Still Life with Teapot’ as seen at the top of this post.
