As this year nears its end and you start to feel nostalgic for some of the amazing things that have happened recently at the Disneyland Resort, just remember that there are plenty of new experiences coming next year. Take, for example, the Disneyland After Dark series of events that will allow guests to soak up the nightlife in the Happiest Place on Earth.
Disneyland After Dark kicks off on January 18th with Throwback Nite at Disneyland Park. An opportunity to indulge in some retro recreation, Throwback Nite celebrates the ’50s and ’60s in the way only a park with such a rich history can.
Here is what you can expect from this party in the past:
- Unlimited digital downloads are included with event admission, which is important, as the event will feature special photo locations and posters of Disney attractions from times past.
- Guests can dance the night away with live music.
- An exclusive showing of the “Fantasy in the Sky” fireworks will take place.
- Guests will walk away with a vintage-inspired park map and commemorative lanyard to remember their experience.
Tickets for Throwback Nite will be available to the public on Disneyland.com starting December 7th, but Disneyland Resort Annual Passholders can start snatching them up on November 30th.
Disneyland After Dark doesn’t end with Throwback Nite either. The Disney Parks Blog promises, “Each Disneyland After Dark ‘nite’ will be a can’t-miss experience featuring specialty entertainment, themed food, collectible merchandise and more.”
