For this year’s holiday season, the Disneyland Resort is bringing back some guest favorites, updating some popular shows, and adding some new offerings.
At Disneyland Park, your favorites are back including Sleeping Beauty’s Winter Castle, A Christmas Fantasy Parade, It’s a Small World Holiday, Haunted Mansion Holiday, Jingle Cruise, and Believe in Holiday Magic Fireworks, which took last year off.
Santa will once again be greeting guests at a location in Critter Country.
At Disney California Adventure, the popular Viva Navidad! will be returning to the Paradise Gardens area, along with other special guest musical groups that will celebrate the new Festival of Holidays.
Festival of Holidays will feature 14 different internationally inspired food and beverage locations, international music groups, and special character experiences, including the Disneyland Resort debut of Princess Elena of Avalor.
Also at California Adventure, World of Color will get a new seasonal show. World of Color-Season of Light will “take guests through a sparkling winter fantasy” and including your favorite Disney characters and songs.
When he’s visiting California Adventure, Santa will be at a new location inside the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail.
More information will be released as the holidays get closer.
The official holiday season at the Disneyland Resort begins November 10, 2016 and continues through January 8, 2017.
