Disneyland’s Bengal Barbecue Expands its Menu

Earlier this month, we told you that Bengal Barbecue in the heart of Disneyland Park’s Adventureland was getting a new seating area, now the popular restaurant is expanding its classic menu of skewers to include some tropical new items.

The Ahi Poke Spring Roll [$6.99] includes marinated ahi tuna, crisp lettuce, carrots, daikon, pickled cucumber, cilantro, Thai basil, mint, sliced jalapeños, and creamy wasabi all wrapped up in rice paper.  The Spring Roll is served with a ginger dipping sauce.

To wash it all down, try the new Jungle Julep [$4.39], a frozen drink flavored with grape, orange, pineapple and lemon.
