Boat service between Port Orleans Resort – Riverside, Disney’s Old Key West Resort, and Disney Springs is currently closed. Guests are being advised to use the complimentary bus transportation at this time instead. Boat transportation is currently unavailable due to exceptionally low water levels in the Sassagoula River.
It is not known how long it will be before the boats resume regular service but reports online say that the service has not been operating for approximately a month already and that it could be mid-June before it resumes.
