Disney foodie Pam Brandon and some of the chefs at the Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort have put together a new cookbook featuring recipes inspired by the festivals on both coasts, and soon Pam will host a book signing at Epcot!
The recipes come from recent favorites at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, Epcot International Festival of the Holidays, Epcot International Festival of the Arts, and Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, plus the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival and Disney Festival of Holidays.
The new cookbook is already available at Epcot, as the park is right in the middle of this year’s Food & Wine Festival, and is expected to return throughout the year for the remaining festivals.
Guests can meet and get their cookbook signed by author Pam Brandon on Friday, October 26th from 3:00pm to 4:00pm at the Festival Center in Epcot.
The 23rd annual Epcot International Food & Wine Festival continues through November 12th.
