The Food and Beverage team at Disney Parks is continuously working on bringing delicious new food items to tempt park-goers with, and this month is no different. New menu offerings are available this month at quick service locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort and we need to share them with you!
First up, Fried Twinkies served with your choice of strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, or caramel sauce are now being served at Friar’s Nook in Magic Kingdom Park. In Fantasyland, guests will find a Hawaiian Flatbread topped with pineapple, ham, cheese, and red sauce at Pinocchio Village Haus as their featured Flatbread of the Month.
Casey’s Corner is featuring their All-Beef Buffalo Chicken Hot Diggity Dog as February’s Hot Dog of the Month. This all-beef hot dog comes topped with chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, celery, and a garlic ranch drizzle.
This month’s featured flavor of ice cream at the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor is peanut butter and right next door at The Plaza Restaurant, you’ll find a new dessert on the menu – Warm Butterscotch Bread Pudding with caramel drizzle.
Happy Trails Mix is now being sold at Westward Ho and comes with house-made marshmallows, pretzels, chocolate gems, and mixed nuts. The Golden Oak Outpost is also serving up a couple of new savory snacks including BBQ Chicharrónes – pork cracklings with a BBQ seasoning – and Chili Cheese Waffle Fries with chili and white queso cheese sauce.
Tortuga Tavern, which is now open year-round, has a brand new Short Rib Sandwich that consists of Chipotle BBQ short rib and citrus slaw served with a side of chips.
Moving onto Restaurantasaurus at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, guests will find Battered Fish served with French fries for lunch or dinner, and the newest drink on the menu is the Prehistoric Margarita with Jose Cuervo Tequila, Triple Sec, and lime juice.
At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the ABC Commissary has new dinner platters and a new drink added to their menu. The new platters include a Shrimp Platter, a Fish and Shrimp Platter, and a Fish, Shrimp and Chicken Platter which are each served with steak fries and coleslaw. Their new drink is the Happy Daze – with Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, melon liqueur, banana liqueur, grenadine, and orange and pineapple juice.
