Fulton’s Crab House at Disney Springs to be renamed “Paddlefish”

Fulton’s Crab House at Disney Springs closed earlier this month for a remodel and is expected to reopen sometime in the fall under a new name – Paddlefish.

The design will now be centered around modern yachting. A rooftop lounge and an outdoor bar will be added. Fresh seafood dishes will be featured on the menu. The Orlando Business Journal lists a few of these: “lobster risotto with poached Maine lobster, saffron and Meyer lemon oil; redfish with coconut milk, crab broth, tomato, peppers and ginger; as well as a rotating catch of the day.” Some menu items that were favorites at Fulton’s will be making their way back as well: “Florida stone crab, Alaskan king and queen crab, and lobster corn dogs.”

214 employees from Fulton’s were laid off this month as the restaurant shut down for the remodel.

The restaurant will still be operated by the Levy Restaurant Group.
