This week at Walt Disney World, you can celebrate Halfway to the Holidays with jolly surprises, limited-time offerings, sneak peeks, and more. The first look Disney Parks Blogs gave us is a Foodie Guide for this year’s celebration of Halfway to the Holidays. Disney Parks Blog said to keep your eyes peeled starting June 23 to ensure you don’t miss any fun festivities. Let’s dive into these treats!
At Walt Disney World Resort, you’ll also find some delicious treat options. At Gasparilla’s Island Grill over Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort from June 23 through 26, you can get a festive favorite, the Very Merry Minnie Mouse Cupcake. This is a chocolate cupcake filled with cookies and cream mousse and topped with ganache-dipped buttercream, cookie ears, and a chocolate holiday bow. This treat is the cutest dessert I’ve ever seen.
Over at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, at The Mara is where you can find this next treat. They have whipped up a brand-new treat called the Peppermint Bark Cheesecake, a peppermint cheesecake with a chocolate cookie, peppermint crust, and whipped vanilla panna cotta. This treat is also available June 23 through 26.
If you like the Christmas popcorn buckets, you are in for a treat. All across Disney Springs, at outdoor vending carts, you will be able to find The Gold Christmas Tree Popcorn Buckets during this celebration.
From June 23 through 26, Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company has something special for guests at Disney Springs. You can get the Peppermint Mocha with dark chocolate sauce, peppermint syrup, and whipped cream or the White Chocolate Gingerbread Latte, a delicious combination of white chocolate sauce and gingerbread syrup topped with whipped cream. These drinks can be made iced or hot. My best advice is to order them iced because it is very hot out here in Central Florida.
Reading through these treats excites me for the holiday season this year. I wonder what else they will announce this week as we celebrate Halfway to the Holidays. We will update you as Disney release more information regarding Halfway to the Holidays.

Hi, I'm Erica, and I write about all things Disney. Before working for The DIS, I was a theme park performer at SeaWorld, but I also performed at Disney. I have such an immense love for theme parks to the point I studied them in college.
