Guests Relations Testing a Transportation & Ticket Center Location

From now until June 2, Disney’s Guests Relations will have a window at the Transportation & Ticket Center as part of a test. This temporary location will be located at Window 3, and open from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. At this temporary guest relations window, guests can receive My Disney Experience support, enroll in Disability Access Service, and more.

Stephen "Steve" Porter started going to the parks with his family in 1996. Since then he hasn't looked back! Steve was a cast member participating in the Disney College Program in 2013. Most recently he graduated from Penn State University!
