Also Spain’s national cocktail, Gin & Tonic pairs well with the wide selection of tapas and wood-fired paellas that are available.
Jaleo is celebrating Chef José Andrés’s herbal spin on the drink, which balances hints of juniper and verbena with fresh citrus.
