If you’re at Walt Disney World this weekend and looking for a last-minute Mother’s Day Brunch, reservations are still available at Jaleo at Disney Springs. The popular new restaurant will be hosting their first Mother’s Day Brunch, complete with brunch tapas and sangria.
Menu items include:
Heuvos Estrellados [$9.00]: Traditional mix of fried potatoes and organic free range fried eggs. (Add jamon de bellota cut tableside $35.00)
Huevos Pochados con Idiazabal, Jamon y Espinaca [$13.00]: Poached egg on brioche with Idaizabal cheese, crispy ham and spinach.
Pan de Cristal con Salmon Ahumado y Heuvo Duro [$18.50]: Smoked salmon on cristal bread with hardboiled egg, goat cheese and capers.
Arroz a la Cubana [$13.00]: Sauteed rice served with tomato, bacon and organic free range fried egg.
Torrijas con Platano Caramelizado y Espuma de Ron [$10.00]: Sweet-soaked Spanish toast with caramelized bananas and rum whipped cream.
