The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival returns to Disneyland Resort from February 28 to April 21, 2025, with limited-time menus, demos, and more! Disneyland Resort has unveiled the schedule of bookable experiences for this year’s festival, now available to reserve on the official Disneyland website for an additional fee.
These presentations feature a range of beverage options, formats, and expertise levels. Wine, beer, and spirits enthusiasts can enjoy beverage education seminars or mixology classes—perfect for a fun outing with friends or a relaxing break during a busy park day.

- Mixology Class at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar
- Learn to make a classic tiki libation in the legendary Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar. Reservations for mixology classes at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar are required and space is limited. BOOK NOW!
Seasoned enthusiasts can indulge in premium experiences featuring curated or rare beverages paired with specially crafted tastings. New this year, Hearthstone Lounge at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will host a Dinner and Scotch Event and the returning ‘A Walk on the Silverado Trail.’ Carthay Circle Receptions also return, showcasing Karl Strauss Brewing Co. and Duckhorn Vineyards.
