The Muppets will soon be featured in a new show outside The Hall of Presidents in Liberty Square at the Magic Kingdom.
The new show, “The Muppets Present…Great Moments in American History,” will feature Sam Eagle, plus Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, The Great Gonzo, and James Jefferson, the town crier of Liberty Square, and will include an original song.
The Muppets will appear throughout the day and share stories from early America…in their own Muppet way…such as the midnight ride of Paul Revere and the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
Based on a rumor from last month, the characters will likely appear in the second story windows of some of the Liberty Square buildings and interact with guests from there.
“The Muppets Present…Great Moments in American History” premiers in October.
