While the new Pixar Pals parking structure didn’t open this weekend as many had hoped, the Disneyland Resort did debut a new tram loading area that will service both the new structure and the existing Mickey & Friends parking structure.
The area includes new digital signage with up to 20 lanes for screening, each having their own table for bag check and dedicated metal detector.
Once through security, there is space for three tram loading zones, with lines for each row of the tram.
Mickey Van loading for guests needing assistance is just behind the tram boarding area.
The decor features nods to both Disney and Pixar favorites.
