The House of Blues Restaurant and Bar at Walt Disney World has announced that they’ve added a new weekend brunch to their offerings as their “World Famous Gospel Brunch” has been temporarily paused.
Brunch will be served Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with their full menu being available after 12:00 noon.
Included on the brunch menu are items such as a Breakfast Sandwich on a brioche bun with maple pork sausage, over-easy egg, thick-cut bacon, pastrami, buffalo aioli, cheddar, pickled onions, served with garlic home fries for $16, a Chicken ‘n’ Donuts dish which includes maple bacon donuts, buttermilk fried chicken, bourbon maple syrup, honey sriracha sauce, brown butter powder, chives for $16, and a Breakfast Burrito wrapped up with a flour tortilla and filled with fries, three over-easy farm-fresh eggs, maple spiked pork sausage, braised peppers & onions, cilantro crema, cotija & Tillamook cheddar cheese, roasted salsa for $16.
