Paddlefish at Disney Springs is getting ready to host a special 4-course Lobster & Wine Pairing event on their rooftop Wednesday, April 25 from 7 – 9:30 p.m. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to attend.

Scallop & corn bread stuffed lobster, cider braised veal cheeks, turnip puree

Bread pudding, strawberry, rhubarb
