Disney’s Flamingo Crossings project is pretty grand in scope, eventually encompassing not only seven hotels and 237,000 square feet of retail space, but nearly 1,300 apartment units as well. Thanks to plans filed with Orange County on Monday, we now have an in-depth look at the apartments set to become Flamingo Crossings West.
The area will host 1,291 multi-family units built on a swath of property 93.37 acres large, located south of Flagler Avenue and Western Way.
Flamingo Crossings West will be comprised of four-story apartment buildings with a maximum height of 60 feet.
Plans and concept images also show designs of a community center in the development.
Permit applications and plans were submitted by Flamingo Crossings LLC, a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company.
