I’ve been keeping an eye on the Culinary Demonstrations being held in Disney Springs, and I get so excited every time a new one pops up. Some of the region’s best restaurants and most creative culinary experts are showing Disney guests how to make some of the signature dishes on their menus. How cool is that?
The last one available allowed guests to see Master Sommelier George Miliotes along with the Wine Bar George culinary team as they made their Flavors of Florida menu item, Dicuru Burrata. This time around, it will be a group effort with The Polite Pig’s culinary team, along with some of the local farmers that they partnered with, working together to create their special Flavors of Florida dish, Key West Pink Shrimp Ceviche.
