The candy kitchens at the Disneyland Resort are always coming up with new treats, but that’s especially true during the holiday season.
The Candy Palace or Pooh Corner in Disneyland Park, Trolley Treats in California Adventure, and Marceline’s Confectionery in Downtown Disney are just of few of the places you’ll find these holiday candy apples, marshmallow wands, crispy treats, fudge and more.
The special Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse candy apple is dipped in chocolate and coated in red sugar. You’ll also find a Sandy Claws apple and a special peppermint dark chocolate apple that’s coated in candy-covered chocolate.
Several holiday cake pops are available, include a snowflake cake pop, a Jack Skellington cake pop, and a snowman cake pop, complete with earmuffs.
If you’re looking for some holiday gingerbread, try the Mickey and Minnie gingerbread cookie shaped crispy treats or the Gingerbread Candy Apples. All are coated in gingerbread-flavored sugar and decorated with icing.
For the classic peppermint lover, get the Peppermint Marshmallow Wand, featuring marshmallows dipped in chocolate and coated with crushed candy cane. You might also want to try the Peppermint Bark or the Peppermint Fudge. You also can’t forget about the fresh candy canes that are hand-made in the parks on select days.
Finally, for something completely different, try the Horchata Fudge or the Spicy Peanut Brittle which are both available at the Festive Foods Marketplace during the Festival of Holidays.
The holidays at the Disneyland Resort continue through January 7th!
