More details have been released in the sexual battery case that occurred at Downtown Disney last week. As we reported earlier, the suspect, Hector Herrera, 26, was arrested at his home in Buenaventura Lakes. The Orlando Sentinel is now reporting that Herrera was a Disney employee, though Disney declined to mention where he worked or how long he has been employed by the company. A company spokeswoman said he was placed on unpaid leave.

The police report says, “He confessed to having sex. …He described her as stumbling with him out to his car, but before they reached the parking lot, she stopped him. After the ‘heat of the moment’ subsided, he realized he had made a mistake.” He says he tried to get her dressed, but left her in the bushes when she was “too out of it.”
Herrera was booking into the Osceola County Jail and posted $50,000 bail several hours later.
Herrera has a history of run-ins with the law. He was arrested on September 19, 2012 after leaving House of Blues at 2:23 am. He was stopped for speeding and a broken license plate light when police found an empty liqueur bottle in his car, as well as a marijuana “blunt.” This was the second time he was arrested for speeding and marijuana possession. He has also had five tickets for “speeding and other violations” between 2:00am and 6:00am. رهان اون لاين
