A suspicious package was found tonight, August 10, inside the Marne-de-la-Vallee train station, which services Disneyland Paris. The package was found a little after 8:00pm, and the station was shut down as a precaution. The same sort of incident happened on July 18 and 20; those packages were deemed safe.
Warnings from terrorist groups have recently mentioned that the theme park is one of their prime targets.
Catherine Powell, President of Euro Disney, said attendance has decreased and the park’s revenue was down 9% from the same time period last year.
