Trick-or-Treating, Sesame Street Characters, and More for SeaWorld’s Halloween Spooktacular

On Saturday, September 23, SeaWorld Orlando begins its annual Halloween Spooktacular, a weekend event that runs until Sunday, October 29. This Halloween celebration happens during the day, as compared to Walt Disney World’s and Universal’s Halloween parties which take place at night. SeaWorld’s Halloween Spooktacular is also included in park admission. This year’s is the longest running Halloween Spooktacular.

During the party, there are multiple activities for guests to enjoy including:

Trick-or-Treating: Throughout the park there will be multiple pathways with free candy! SeaWorld promises a wide variety of candy.

Penelope’s Garden Party: During the party there will be a dance party with a live DJ. The dance party will also include “sea-themed characters” and floating bubbles. The dance party will be located in SeaWorld’s Bayside Pathway.

Sesame Street’s Countdown to Halloween: Sesame Street characters like the Count, Elmo, and Abby will perform a show that will invite guests to “dance, play, and sing along.”

Spooky Dance Party: There will be another dance party in the Village Square an hour before closing. The Spooky Dance Party will feature Princess Penelope and “sea-themed characters.”

Count Von Count’s Spooktacular Breakfast: For breakfast, guests can enjoy a buffet with Count Von Count! Ages 10-years-old and up cost $19.99, children 3 to 9 years-old are $9.99, and infants are free.
