Morimoto Asia, The Edison, Maria & Enzo’s, and for the first time, Enzo’s Hideaway will delight guests with their unique menus of Pan-Asian fare, regional Italian cuisine, and contemporary American-style dishes. All for a great cause, $1 from each meal served will be donated to a local charity.

In the intimate rum-runner tunnels of Enzo’s Hideaway, visitors can feast on an array of hearty Roman-style dishes. Start your evening with Supplì alla Romana – a rice croquette of mozzarella and braised meat. Dig into a plate piled high with Spaghetti Alla Chitarra Con Polpette for the ultimate comfort food – thick-cut pasta, marinara sauce, Maria’s family recipe meatballs, parmigiano-reggiano. Make the evening sweeter with Torta di Pistachio – pistachio olive oil cake, roasted strawberry jam, whipped mascarpone cream.
Guests can retreat to the cobblestone streets of Italy with a menu filled with authentic Italian favorites. For your choice of antipasti, indulge in Burrata Caprese – sweet cherry tomatoes, fior di latte mozzarella, basil, first press extra virgin olive oil. Savor a secondi of Ravioli al Tre Formaggi – parmigiano reggiano, smoked pecorino and ricotta ravioli, tomato sauce, toasted garlic, almond, and basil pesto. End your meal with a delicious cannoli – milk ricotta, chocolate chips, candied orange.
Enter the industrial gothic world of The Edison for a portal into the past to indulge in classic American cuisine. Take a bite out of Deviled Eggs – central Florida farm-raised eggs garnished with crispy potatoes and speck. For your next course, enjoy a classic with Old Fashioned Meatloaf & Gravy – applewood-smoked bacon, spicy ketchup glaze, mashed potato, mushroom gravy, green beans, and carrots. For dessert, enjoy a Banana Split – vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry gelato topped with whipped cream, chocolate chips, toasted walnuts, marshmallows, and sprinkles.
The dramatic grandeur displayed in the design of Morimoto Asia awaits diners interested in an elegant meal composed of Bluefin Toro Tartare – dashi soy, wasabi, shallots, avocado crème and a delicious Seafood Miso Hot Pot “Ishikari Nabe” – lobster, crab, mussels, shrimp. End the night on a sweet note with Banana Lumpia “Turon” – roasted pineapple, spiced chai milk tea, tapioca pearls.
