Le Cellier Steakhouse in the Canada pavilion in Epcot recently added two new poutine options, a Beef Brisket Benedict Poutine and a Beef Bourguignon Poutine. The new poutine options been added to the menu and will be available all day. The Beef Brisket Benedict Poutine “is topped with Canadian cheddar, Montreal smoked brisket, sauce choron, and a 62-degree poached egg,” and the Beef Bourguignon Poutine “is topped with gruyere cheese, truffle, and garlic aioli.”
Available for the month of October in the Magic Kingdom are two limited-time options. The Loaded Mashed Potato Hot Diggity Dog topped with garlic mashed potatoes, caramelized onions, cheddar, bacon, scallion, sour cream, and green onions, and will be at Casey’s Corner, and an Apple Sausage and Brie Flatbread with apple butter spread, brie cheese, sausage, apples, sour cream, lettuce, and cinnamon sugar will be available at Pinocchio Village Haus.
What looks to be more permeant snacking options added to the Magic Kingdom are a Sweet Thai Chili Shrimp found at Prince Eric’s Village Market, and a Chicken or Candied Bacon Skewer at the Liberty Square Market. The Sweet Thai Chili Shrimp “is tossed in chili mayo and consists of vegetable slaw, ginger vinaigrette, poached shrimp with salt and lemon, and black sesame seeds.” The Chicken Skewers are “marinated with a spicy sweet sauce.”
Disney’s Boardwalk is revamping a few of their quick service dining options. The BoardWalk Bakery will now be serving new breakfast sandwiches, including the Butter Butter Sandwich, the Everything Everything Sandwich, and the Ooey Gooey Sandwich.
The Butter Butter Sandwich is served on a brioche bun and includes scrambled eggs, fontina cheese spread, and ham. The Everything Everything Sandwich is served on an everything bagel and includes a cage-free fried egg and Tillamook cheddar cheese. Lastly is the Ooey Gooey Sandwich which is served on an artisan roll and includes a cage-free poached egg, cheddar, mozzarella, capicola, and an oven-dried tomato.
Disney’s Boardwalk Pizza Window has also undergone some changes. The revamped menu now includes a mushroom pizza, a white pizza with bacon and mushrooms, a meatball sub, and Italian Hoagie Sandwich. Guests can also add a side Caprese Salad or Antipasto Salad to their order. These options are in addition to cheese and pepperoni pizza slices, which have been part of the menu in the past.
