Guardians of the Galaxy’s STAR-LORD Meet & Greet Coming to EPCOT

Attention EPCOT Terrans: Star-Lord of the Guardians of the Galaxy will return to EPCOT on September 29th!

Disney has yet to announce exactly where we’ll be able to meet with Star-Lord, but they did release a video announcing his return via their Instagram.

Previously, Star-Lord appeared at EPCOT during special events, and in the Guardians of the Galaxy – Awesome Mix Live! concert series, which took place in the America Gardens Theatre during the summers of 2018 and 2019. The show featured a live band and dancers, with Star-Lord and Gamora leading the audience through a musical journey inspired by the Awesome Mix soundtracks from the Guardians of the Galaxy films.

This is the first time the character will be seen by guests since the opening of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.

More live entertainment during regular park hours? I’d call that a win. Let’s hope Gamora and Groot character opportunities aren’t too far behind!
