Wine Bar George at Disney Springs Nominated in USA Today’s Ten Best New Restaurants

According to the National Restaurant Association, the United States is home to more than a million different restaurants, with hundreds of new locations opening up every year. USA Today asked a group of food and travel experts to nominate their 20 favorite new restaurants which opened in the past year. Epcot International Festival of the Arts Workshop Experiences Now Available to Book

The Epcot International Festival of the Arts will be held from January 18 – February 25, 2019, and offers interactive workshops and seminars which are among the festival’s most popular experiences. Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park Closed Through Wednesday, Dec. 12

Due to forecast low temperatures, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park will be closed Monday, December 10, Tuesday, December 11 and Wednesday, December 12. The plan is to reopen the park on Thursday, December 13. As a reminder, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park is closed for its annual refurbishment at this time. Cell Phone Video Shows Doors Not Opening for Guests on Walt Disney World Monorail

A Walt Disney World guest posted a video yesterday taken aboard Monorail yellow which shows the doors failing to open for several stops. Disney Parks has posted an image of the completed Millennium Falcon that will stand outside the Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run attraction in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Joey Fatone Added to Candlelight Processional Schedule for Dec. 24-25

Epcot has announced that former *NSYNC member Joey Fatone has been added to the Candlelight Processional schedule for December 24th and 25th. Fatone replaces Edward James Olmos who was previously scheduled for those days. No official reason was giving for the cancellation, however Olmos recently mourned the passing of his mother. Garden Rocks Dining Packages Open Dec. 13; New Acts Announced for 2019 Flower & Garden Festival
