Unionized Disney World Cast Members Vote and Approve New Contract

Late Wednesday evening, UNITE HERE 737, one of the unions that represents Walt Disney World employees, announced that more than 97% of those cast members voted to approve the newest contract in the ongoing labor negotiations. Last week, cast members and Disney reached a tentative agreement to raise the hourly pay to $18 per hour.
