We were informed that Disney would be implementing a system update on Friday, June 9, 2017, from 2:00 a.m. to end of the business day. Disney reported that the call center and online bookings for Walt Disney Travel Company package and room-only reservations at Walt Disney World Resort and Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa would be unavailable during that time.
As of the time of this story publishing, Saturday, June 10, 2017, at 4:10 p.m., their booking system is still down.
