Replacing Shutter’s, the former table-service restaurant, Sebastian’s Bistro will be located right on the waterfront. The menu will feature flavors of both Latin and Caribbean cuisine and the staff will offer warm island hospitality.

The decor will echo a tropical beachfront home, with coral patterns and kelp filigree that celebrate the Caribbean.

Nearby, the Centertown Market will be a new quick-service dining location. The area will be expanded into more of a street market feel, with new lighting, open shutters, wooden light posts, and awnings.
