Once again this year, the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World will play host to the 2019 Jr. NBA Global Championship.
The action takes place August 6th through 11th as more than 300 youth players from 40 countries compete. The tournament features 32 teams of the top 13- and 14-year old boys and girls from around the world.
In addition, several players and coaches from the NBA and WNBA will be on hand to interact with the teams and participate in leadership development programs. Jr. NBA Global Championship Ambassador Dwyane Wade, Utah Jazz guard Mike Conley, WNBA MVP Breanna Stewart, former WNBA star Swin Cash, and Dallas Mavericks head coach Rick Carlisle are all scheduled to appear.
All the tournament games are free to the public.
