Now that Maleficent: Mistress of Evil is in theaters, the Disney Parks Blog wanted remind you where to find some new Maleficent-themed treats that hit Disney Parks today.
Look for the Maleficent Candy Apple at Marceline’s Confectionery in Downtown Disney, Trolley Treats and Bing Bong’s Sweet Stuff at Disney California Adventure, and Candy Palace and Hunny Spot in Disneyland Park.
The apple is decorated with colored chocolate and purple sugar and is topped with two crispy treat horns.
Here’s a look at how it’s made:
Along with the candy apple, you’ll find Maleficent Crispy Treats at many of the same locations.
At the churro cart near Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters, look for the Maleficent Churro coated with cookie crumbles and colored sugar.
Head to the Intermission Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort for the Maleficent Cupcake. The treat includes a chocolate cupcake filled with crispy pearls, topped with vanilla citrus buttercream, chocolate horns, and green glitter.
There’s another Maleficent Cupcake available at The Artist’s Palette at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and Good’s Food To Go at Disney’s Old Key West Resort. This version features a chocolate cupcake topped with salted caramel ganache buttercream, chocolate horns, and rainbow glitter.
Finally, head to The Ganachery at Disney Springs for a dark chocolate piñata fulled with house-made vanilla bean marshmallows and crispy pearls. The treat comes with a souvenir wooden mallet.
The treats on both coasts are scheduled to be available through October 31st.
