Back in May, we got our first look at artist renderings of Wine Bar George that was said to be coming to Disney Springs later this year. We’ve just learned that Wine Bar George has a new opening time frame of early 2018 and that they are currently hiring for all positions. While interviews will start in late fall, interested candidates can visit WineBarGeorge.com to view the positions available and to submit their applications.

Enjoy some of the wildest wines you’ve never heard of… and a few you may never taste again! Join Master Sommelier George Miliotes of Wine Bar George for a wine party on STK Orlando‘s rooftop featuring pairings, with varietals such as Saperavi from Georgia and Macvin du Jura from France.
Wine Bar George is reminiscent of a renovated winery with 6,000-square-feet featuring wood ceilings, warm lighting, and a welcoming atmosphere. Guests will experience a feel similar to the ‘Old World’ as if they are visiting a winery surrounded by their best friends. Spaces will be available for parties and private events as well.
