The holiday season has officially arrived at Walt Disney World Resort, and the most jolly guest of all is making appearances across the four major theme parks and in Disney Springs. From twinkling lights and festive décor to music and parades, Santa Claus will be greeting families in several magical locations through Christmas Eve.
Guests can share wish lists and take heartwarming photos with Santa at the following spots:
- Restaurantosaurus in DinoLand U.S.A., Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park
- Walt Disney Presents, Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- CommuniCore Hall, EPCOT
- Marketplace near Disney’s Pin Traders, Disney Springs
- Storybook Circus, Magic Kingdom Park
At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Santa will meet guests inside Walt Disney Presents, which has been transformed into a festive holiday installation filled with props from films such as The Muppets Christmas Carol, Noelle, and The Santa Clause. Guests can also enjoy seasonal short films and photo ops with Duffy dressed as Santa, and many other rarely seen Disney characters during Disney Jollywood Nights.
Over at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Santa will greet guests on the Parasaurolophus Porch at Restaurantosaurus, surrounded by dino-sized holiday decorations and playful prehistoric details. We sincerely hope that Disney Imagineers will find a place in Tropical Americas or another location within Animal Kingdom for this incredible experience to live on for years to come.
At EPCOT, Santa will meet with guests in CommuniCore Hall, while the park’s Festival of the Holidays will bring global storytelling, a massive gingerbread Spaceship Earth display, and festive fun throughout World Showcase.
At Magic Kingdom, Santa waves to onlookers from his sleigh during Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and greets guests under the Storybook Circus big top beginning Thanksgiving Day.
At Disney Springs, Santa meets guests near Disney’s Pin Traders, with a virtual queue available via the My Disney Experience app.
