Denise Mooty is claiming that Disney threw her out of their parks for riding the Tower of Terror too many times.

Mooty has been going to Disney's Hollywood Studio's every Saturday for the past three and a half years and repeatedly riding the Tower of Terror in order to relieve a chronic medical condition. Mooty has abdominal adhesion's which normally requires up to 6 annual surgeries.

Mooty has been using a Guest Assistance Card which allowed her to use the Fast Pass or Backstage entrances to Tower of Terror. Mooty stated "Ever since I've been riding the Tower of Terror, I only have to have one surgery versus several. It really works, the G-force of going up and down." The Florida resident produced a letter written by her physician in which he states "The benefit of riding the Tower of Terror breaks down these adhesion's thus relieving her of so much pain."

In August, Mooty claims that a different manager told her she can only go on Tower of Terror four times and that she could no longer use the Backstage entrance. Ultimately, Mooty was prohibited from returning to the Disney theme parks for using profanity and trespassing.

Mooty is seeking compensation from Disney for denying her medical needs. Disney is claiming that Mooty's ouster was based on her use of profanity in front of guests and that they are willing to listen to an appeal.
