Mad Tea Cup Party trial reaches verdict

Victoria Walker has been found guilty of Battery in the Mad Tea Cup Party Trial.

Walker was facing up to 15 years in prison had she been found guilty of aggravated battery. The lesser charge carries a penalty of up to one year in prison. Sentencing is scheduled for April 23.

Walker was involved in a fight with Allison Krause at the Mad Tea Cup Party attraction in Disney's Magic Kingdom. According to testimony, Walker grabbed Krause and began beating her until witnesses intervened.

An additional charge of battery for pushing Krause's daughter was dismissed.
