New Board Chair Elected for SeaWorld

Since previous Board Chairman David D’Alessandro did not get the majority of votes from shareholders back in June, SeaWorld has announced their new Board Chairman. The board has elected Yoshikazu Maruyama to take over beginning October 9, 2017. SeaWorld Orlando Set to Reopen Wednesday, September 13th

SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica Orlando, and Discovery Cove remained closed today due to debris cleanup in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma. Attendance and Revenue Continue to Plummet During SeaWorld’s First Quarter

SeaWorld Entertainment has had a rough couple of years, and unfortunately for them, the news is only getting worse. Race-car driver banned from SeaWorld

According to the Orlando Sentinel, race-car driver Leilani Munter was banned from SeaWorld theme parks due to an incident where she brought 33 roses and a sign that honored the life of orca Tilikum.
