Orlando Int’l Airport to Lay Off Almost 800 Food Service Workers as COVID-19 Pandemic Continues

According to a report on Fox 35, the Orlando International Airport (MCO) is getting ready to lay off nearly 800 foodservice crew members, cooks, cashiers, shift supervisors, and more. The 782 employees had been temporarily furloughed back in March but will be permanently laid off on October 15th if they haven’t been recalled by that time.
